Health Insurance
Dr. Krey is a preferred provider for most major medical insurance companies. Give us a call today and we will verify your insurance benefits for you. If you have health insurance which covers chiropractic care we require that you pay your co-pay or your deductible and the portion your insurance will not cover at the time of service. This office will bill your insurance company for the services rendered. If necessary you will receive a monthly itemized statement.

Injured on The Job
We will bill the State of Washington or Self-Insured Company directly. Please tell the office staff if another doctor for the injury had treated you.
Injured In An Automobile Collision
We will bill your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage on your automobile policy, the responsible company, and/or your attorney.
No Insurance Contribution
We offer affordable personal and family plans. We request that you pay at the time the service is rendered or according to payment arrangement previously made with Dr. Krey.
